How does a customer access their purchase?
Once payment is approved, Combivend emails the customer the access code for the relevant lockbox.
What can I manage from the client portal?
You can manage stock, lock codes, pricing, expiry dates, products and sales from one central portal.
Can I run Combivend at multiple locations?
Yes. Each location can have its own customer storefront while you manage everything through one client account.
Can I add products and manage expiry dates myself?
Yes. Products, prices and expiry dates can be added or updated directly through your portal.
How are sales and revenue tracked?
Sales are recorded in your Combivend portal, while your connected Stripe account handles payments and revenue tracking.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No. There is currently no monthly subscription fee for using the Combivend marketplace.
What fees apply when a customer buys something?
Combivend charges 2% of the order total plus 20p. Stripe processing fees also apply; as of May 2026, UK card payments are 1.5% plus 20p per transaction.
